Did you know, combining coconut milk with turmeric can increase its effectiveness tenfold? Plus, taking this shot in a warming beverage can be extra comforting for sore throats. 


Our second recipe is an Immune Tonic Dressing. Warming spices and citrus fruits combine with healthy fats in a dressing that hits all the marks. Savoury and sweet, this dressing is the perfect pairing to your favourite salad, stir-fry, or even topping to rice. Turn to this recipe for the ultimate flavour-packed dish with immune-boosting benefits. 


Immune Tonic Latte:

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Immune Tonic Shot 
  • ⅓ cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup boiling water  
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 ginger slices

Directions

  1. Start by warming the coconut milk. You want it to be hot but not boiling. 
  2. Wisk or blend in the cinnamon and the Immune Tonic Shot. 
  3. Add boiling water and ginger slices.
  4. Serve hot!

Immune Tonic Dressing:

Ingredients 

  • 60 ml Immune Tonic Shot
  • ⅓ cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt 

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients. Whisk until smooth.
